Keep Moving stroke group

We currently run two projects to specifically help people who have had a cerebral vascular accident (Stroke).

Living with Stroke supports stroke patients through our specialist exercise referral programme, working one to one in the gym towards independence and increased mobility. This project is for people living in the borough of Hackney only and is funded by City & Hackney PCT.

Keep Moving is for people who are a little further in their rehab and who would like to meet other stroke survivors. There is a twice-weekly stroke group gym session and a social get-together afterwards in the cafe. Keep Moving is a very popular session and is funded by the Big Lottery Fund.

To join either session you will need an Ability Bow GP Referral completed by your GP then contact Simohamed  on 0208 980 7778.
